1. ADriving a motor vehicle without valid insurance.
2. BFailing to stop at a place where a "give way to traffic on the crossing road" sign is posted.
3. CFailing to attach a "new driver" sign to the rear window of the vehicle.
4. DUnlawful overtaking.
