The road shoulders are not intended for vehicle travel, except for:

1. AA non-motor vehicle, a tractor and a slow vehicle, holding up the traffic behind.
2. BA taxi - for the purpose of overtaking vehicles.
3. CThere is no exception: it is forbidden for any vehicle to travel on the shoulders.
4. DA private vehicle and a motorcycle - in order to give right of way to buses.
