2. BAny ambulance, IDF vehicle, fire-fighting vehicle and other commercial vehicle that the licensing authority has authorised as an emergency vehicle.
3. CA Magen David Adom ambulance, an Israel Police vehicle, an IDF vehicle, a fire-fighting vehicle, a combined-policing vehicle and any other vehicle that the authority has authorised, while it is operating a flashing light and sounding an alarm signal.
4. DA vehicle of the Israel Police or of the IDF and a fire-fighting vehicle only.
