It is permitted to make a U-turn to the left at a junction without traffic lights:

1. AWhen no obstruction is caused to traffic, the field of vision is clear and there is no sign forbidding it.
2. BOnly in a vehicle travelling on more than two wheels.
3. COnly when it is possible to turn from the right side of the road and complete the turn without stopping during the process.
4. DOnly when another person directs the driver.
