A licence for a recovery and towing vehicle whose permitted total weight is no more than 16,000 kg will not be granted or renewed:

1. AAt the end of ten years from its year of manufacture.
2. BAt the end of 19 years from its year of manufacture.
3. CThere is no restriction in the law on renewing a licence for such a vehicle.
4. DAt the end of eight years from its year of manufacture.
