What does the sign mean?

1. ADirecting to destinations above the lanes before an interchange (on a non-urban road or on an expressway).
2. BAdvance directing to lanes before a junction, and always positioned on the left side of the road.
3. CAdvance directing to destinations before a junction only, and always positioned on the right side of the road.
4. DDirecting to the centre of the area, the city, the place.
