What does the sign mean?

1. AParking on the pavement, in accordance with what is marked on it, is permitted for a private vehicle and a commercial vehicle whose permissible total weight is up to 2,200 kg.
2. BParking on the pavement is permitted, provided that the width of the pavement is more than six metres.
3. CParking on the pavement, in accordance with what is marked on it, is permitted for any vehicle.
4. DParking on the pavement is forbidden.
