The correct answer: Forbidden, except for the driver or for the passenger sitting beside him when the vehicle is parked on the left of the road.
Getting in or out on the side facing the road puts the passenger and passing traffic at risk, so it is forbidden. The exception is the driver or the passenger beside him when the vehicle is parked on the left of the road. It is not strictly forbidden in every case.
