A "load tractor" is a tractor that:

1. ATravels on at least three wheels, and whose permitted total weight is more than 12,000 kg.
2. BTravels on at least two wheels, whose permitted total weight is not more than 1,500 kg, and whose steering is done by means of a handlebar.
3. CTravels on at least four wheels, whose permitted total weight is not more than 1,500 kg, and whose steering is done by means of a steering wheel.
4. DTravels on four wheels, whose permitted total weight is not limited, and whose steering is done by means of a handlebar.
