The definition of a "bus" is:

1. AA motor vehicle intended to carry passengers for hire on service lines specified in the vehicle licence only.
2. BA motor vehicle intended to carry eight passengers or more, besides the driver, and specified in the vehicle licence as a bus.
3. CA motor vehicle intended to carry eight passengers, besides the driver, and which has a valid vehicle licence.
4. DAny vehicle authorised to carry more than ten pupils.
